   • After this window, cancellations may not be accepted due to the preparation of fresh floral arrangements.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
   • If a cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

   We currently offer 1-day delivery within Hyderabad, India.

2. Order Cutoff Time

   Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST are eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the day after tomorrow.

3. Delivery Charges
   • For each area selected in Hyderabad, the applicable delivery charge is applied during checkout.
4. Delivery Timing

   Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM IST. Specific time slots can be requested, subject to availability.

5. Handling Delays

   While we ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic or weather conditions.
